Hom-Gron founders Joe & Anthony Foster

Anthony - HōM-GRōN’s Head Strategist 

Anthony has spent his career working in corporate America in Consumer Packaged Goods. This means he helps your favorite foods stay fresh! He loves all things sports or anything on the lake where he lives with his wife and 2 boys. His favorite sport, by far is hockey. Growing up he played goalie because he wanted to be on the ice for the entire game. As an adult, he skated out as a forward - when he realized he could score goals instead of blocking them. Growing up in the Detroit area he idolized Steve Yzerman #19 and the Detroit Red Wings. Anthony stays active running, strength training, wake surfing, water skiing, chasing after the kids, and playing hockey.  

Joe - HōM-GRōN’s Nutritional Guru and Resident Chef 

Joe has spent most of his career as a chef in the restaurant and catering industry. He loves to cook and eat good food…and if you offered him a glass of wine or two, or maybe 3 fingers of bourbon, he wouldn’t say no! Joe currently lives on his farm in Kentucky with his wife and kids. Joe’s grown quite fond of the Family’s chickens, especially, Miss Thang - even though Applesauce is everyone else’s favorite. Miss Thang lays her eggs in the garage - of all places - and enjoys sitting on Joe’s shoulder. It’s true love #chickenstyle. Joe stays active practicing yoga and tending the farm. Does carpooling kids to and from soccer count?! He and his wife, Wendy, also garden and do their best to live a sustainable lifestyle.
